Pricing Information may be obtained from your Sales Representative. These prices are subject to change without notice. Discount pricing is based on annual usage when standing and/or blanket purchase orders are issued.

Shipping - Gen Trak products are shipped Priority overnight Monday through Thursday. In an effort to ensure that the product is uncompromised, special arrangements must be made for Friday shipments containing dry ice. HLA serological products are shipped in insulated containers on dry ice.

Storage - All Gen Trak products are clearly marked with appropriate storage requirements.

Terms of Payment are Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Applicable state and local taxes apply unless appropriate tax-exempt documentation is provided by purchaser.

Freight Charges - FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid & Add (Gen Trak, Inc. pays freight and adds the freight charges to its invoice to the buyer)

Returns - No merchandise will be accepted for return credit or replacement without prior authorization from Gen Trak. Gen Trak also reserves the right to apply restocking fees for returned merchandise when necessary.
